Canada Stampings is updating our quality management systems in compliance with the recent guidelines as laid out by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Automotive Task Force (IATF). Our quality processes will reflect these changes beginning September 2018.

Changes in Process
- Our management team is more deeply involved in the production processes than ever before.
- Management level is involved in collecting requirements and sharing with the team. Understanding requirements is crucial for the planning process – which the leadership team now guides for each project.
- The leadership team is involved in the production process to ensure everything runs smoothly and that we’re meeting our targets. Including them during this phase is important to catch defects, manage efficiencies and be accountable to the customer at all times.
- When it’s time to review the program, the management level is involved in the performance evaluation of each part. Our leadership team is excellent ad finding ways to increase part production over time, reduce waste and minimize defects.
- Working as a team, Canada Stampings identifies ways to improve production, which becomes part of the plan for the next run.
